Mauldin is a city located in South Carolina. With a 2020 population of 25,327, it is the 20th largest city in South Carolina and the 1517th largest city in the United States. 

 

Mauldin is currently growing at a rate of 0.27% annually and its population has increased by 10.65% since the most recent census, which recorded a population of 22,889 in 2010. Spanning over 11 miles, Mauldin has a population density of 2,323 people per square mile.

Mauldin has been attracting many businesses over the years. Some of the businesses that recently came to Mauldin include: Chick fil-A, Starbucks, Ace Hardware, Tropical Grille and J Peters. 

TO DO

Mauldin offers many entertainment options throughout the year. Here, you'll also find some of the best BBQ restaurants, as well as other types of cuisines. During the day, children have many great playgrounds to choose from, enclosed, including an accessible playground for special needs kids. 

Our parks also have numerous picnic areas, basketball, baseball fields and trails. Speaking of trails, recently, Mauldin became a part of the Swamp Rabbit Trail extension, which includes a pedestrian bridge over Interstate 385! Currently, this trails is 22 miles long and connects Travelers Rest to Greenville.
